Diet For Quick Weight Loss: Make This Secret Technique Your #1 Weapon in the Battle of the Bulges!
A diet for quick weight loss should never be something that leaves you unhappy, unhealthy, hungry and miserable. A diet for weight loss should be a way to eat all the healthy foods that you love, some of the not so healthy foods that you also love. You should eat as often as you can (every 2½ – 3 hours a day or until you have 6 meals per day.)
How your body Works!
Your body is a well tuned machine design for optimum survival. It is like a Formula one race car that repairs and tunes itself. Your body takes the food that you eat and brakes it down into carbohydrate (sugar and starch) so it can burn it to produce kinetic energy. If your diet for quick weight loss don’t allow you to eat often enough, your body will think that you are starving, and when you do eat, it will store all the food as fat to use for fuel at a later date.
Weight Loss Begins as Soon as you Wake up
You should eat one ½ hour after you wake up in the morning and every 2½ – 3 hours through the day until 2 hours before bedtime. You don’t have to eat plenty all at once, but you should eat constantly to ensure that your metabolism keep burning the fat in your body for fuel, this is a diet for quick weight loss. If you take too long to eat between meals, your metabolism slows down and your food is stored as fat when you eat.
People who go on diet for quick weight loss…
People who go on diets for quick weight loss, and starve themselves, may lose a few pounds while on the diet, but as soon as they return to their normal eating habits, they will gain back all the weight that they lost and then some more. Yes you should control the amount of food you eat; your body only needs so much fuel to operate on a daily basis. If you take in more calories than it requires, the extra food will be stored as fat for later use. This type of eating habit is not what I consider a diet for quick weight loss.
What to Eat Diet for Quick Weight Loss
What you eat is as important as how much you eat. My rule of thumb is “If it is grown naturally” it is good to eat, and it should be eaten in its natural state. “If it is produce in a factory” don’t eat it. Most process food is just empty calories that your body stored as fat soon after you eat it.
Refine process sugar and refine process flour are very dangerous and should be avoided at all cost. The food they produce is high in calories and very little if any at all nutritional value. If these foods are what makes up your main staple, then you are not on a diet for quick weight loss, you are on a diet for destruction.
Green leafy vegetables on the other hand are extremely hard for your body to break down, so they stayed longer in your body (there glycemic index is lower) and they offer a whole host of nutritional benefit to you. Meat, meat products, eggs, fish and dairy are all good to eat too. Fruits, nuts and some oils are okay too. Eating these foods regularly will give you the foundation for a good diet for quick weight loss.
